National minimum (gross) wage which will be applied between January 1^st, 2010 and June 30^th, 2010 rose by 5.2 %, compared to the previous period. After the wage rise, the national minimum (gross) wage for employees at the age of 16 or more reached 729 TL (341.02 €), and the labor cost for a minimum wage worker reached 885 TL (414 €).
